Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed individually via email before work begins. Submitting an inquiry does not constitute a binding agreement.
3. Payments
Payment terms are outlined per project. Payment confirmation is required before work begins. Non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information, respond promptly, supply materials by agreed dates, and confirm rights to all submitted materials.
5. Amazon Compliance
All Amazon-related services are designed to comply fully with Amazon's Terms of Service. Our ARC reviewers are genuine readers — never paid or incentivised.
6. Results Disclaimer
We cannot guarantee specific outcomes including rankings, sales, or review counts. Case studies represent real results but are not guarantees.
7. Intellectual Property
Site content is owned by UGA. Submitted materials remain your IP — you grant UGA a limited license to use them solely to deliver your services.
